- Locate lock cylinder on item requiring a key
- Record key number located on cylinder (i.e. FR421)
- Identify manufacturer
(Note: manufacturer name is usually located inside a drawer)
- Fill out on-line Service Repair
form
- Select Misc. Parts under service type
- Enter keying information under the Issues section

- Determine the following information :
- Description of existing product (manufacturer and model
# preferable) that parts are required for
- Original Ship Date of product (on tag located on piece)
- Record any dimensions that will assist ordering (i.e. drawer
depth and width when ordering file bars,etc.)
- Fill out on-line Service Repair
form
- Select Misc. Parts under service type
- Enter above information under the Issues section

- Identify chair manufacturer & model number (note: most manufacturers
place a warranty tag on the bottom of the chair)
- Determine the original ship date of chair (this is helpful in
determining warranty status)
- Try to locate other information (Manf Acknowledgement #, Order
#, your original PO #, customer #)
- Fill out on-line Service Repair
form
- Select Chair Repair under service type
- Enter the above information in the fields provided
