Office Concepts, Inc. acquires Environetx

(Chicago) August 18, 2006 - Office Concepts, Inc., based in Chicago, Illinois has purchased certain assets of Environetx, located in Itasca, Illinois.

"The strategic decision to acquire Environetx will create the largest Chicago area Steelcase distributor with the most-experienced workforce in the industry. Our team will be fully capable of delivering value to our customers" said Tom Worniak, Dealer Principal of Office Concepts.

Both companies are authorized dealers for Michigan-based Steelcase, the largest office furniture manufacturer in the world. Office Concepts has been operating in the Chicago area marketplace for more than 68 years. Environetx is located in Itasca, Illinois and has serviced customers for over 40 years.

The combined organization will have locations and distribution capabilities in Chicago and Lake Forest, IL with a sales and service office in Lisle, Illinois. The company will be operated as Office Concepts, Inc.
